• These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan
• Disputes are subject to arbitration in Islamabad, under the Arbitration Act 1940
• International users (EU, UK, California) retain rights under their local consumer laws

• Provide accurate and lawful information during registration (PECA 2016, Section 18)
• Do not engage in prohibited activities, including:
  • Spamming or phishing
  • Hate speech, harassment, or defamation
  • Uploading viruses or malicious code
    Violations may be reported to the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) or international authorities where applicable.

3. Intellectual Property

• All original content, trademarks, and services on SciTechNexa are protected under the Pakistan Copyright Ordinance (1962)
• Users retain rights to their submissions but grant SciTechNexa a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content as necessary for services

4. Service Disclaimers

• We strive for uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime due to possible force majeure events (e.g., power or internet outages in Pakistan).
• We are not responsible for external websites linked from SciTechNexa.

5. Limitation of Liability

SciTechNexa shall not be held liable for:
